YTSAB utilizes a large inventory of tooling designed to fit your production requirements. In some cases our staff oversees the design and development of custom tooling equipment for your plating needs. We design and fabricate the necessary equipment via a number of outside contractors, depending on specialization and needs. These contractors are all considered experts in their tooling skills and are utilized for our jigs, fixtures and plating racks required to meet the needs of the particular job.
With rack plating, the parts are affixed to a jig during plating to hold them in place and prevent damage.
